Cancel a Hold

My Account

1. Click the My Account link on the Home Page.
2. 
3. Enter your library card number and your last name in the boxes provided.
4. 
5. Click Log In
6. This will take you to the Account Information page.

Cancel Hold

1. Click the Requests tab.
2. 
3. Check the box next to the title(s) you want to cancel.
4. 
5. Click the Cancel Selected or Cancel All button.
6. A confirmation prompt will appear.Select yes to continue.
7. 
8. The item(s) will now show a status of cancelled in your Requests list.
